The culinary Suvi Sushi & Grill concept consists of a sophisticated selection of expressive dishes from different Asian regions. We have collected experiences, recipes and preparation methods from all over the world in order to present them to our guests in Baden-Baden.
The fusion of Japanese, Vietnamese and grill cuisine is clearly noticeable in the menu. Of course, there are no limits to creativity. All dishes, especially the sushi, are always freshly prepared. Nothing is produced for stock.
The fish is of high quality and is kept in the fresh food counter for everyone to see, and thanks to the open kitchen you can watch the sushi specialties being prepared at any time. The view of the open kitchen immediately whets your appetite for the delicacies. With us you don’t get “bulk goods”, but authentic Asian sushi cuisine, which is prepared for you by experienced chefs in an open kitchen. No glutamates are used in the preparation of the dishes. Instead, different combinations of spices are used, which make the difference in taste.
Suvi spans the spectrum from high-quality steaks, marinated dry-age meat, rack of lamb, Iberian chops, to fish dishes and seafood. You can taste the difference in taste to the preparation immediately – at the latest after the first bite you will become a regular customer. SUVI’s concept is simple: take the most popular cuisine from Asia between Japan and Vietnam and complement it with Mediterranean barbecue tradition.
The interior design according to Feng Shui orientation ensures a pleasant and flowing atmosphere in our guest room, which invites you to a harmonious and cozy meal with family and friends.
